We work with whatever you already have — there's no custom integration required. Typically this means exporting reports from your EHR or practice management system: monthly P&Ls, A/R aging reports, denial reports, and payer remittances. If you have it in Excel or PDF, we can work with it. We'll tell you exactly what we need in the first conversation.
PrimeHealth Prism operates on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest). Your data is never used to train AI models, and it's never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent. Business Associate Agreements are available and executed prior to any transfer of Protected Health Information.
For the Financial Health Assessment, you'll receive your full diagnostic within 5–7 business days of providing your data. For Advisory engagements, most clients see actionable insights in the first session — typically within the first two weeks. We don't do lengthy "discovery" phases. The first deliverable is concrete, specific, and based on your actual numbers.
No. PrimeHealth sits above your billing company — we analyze the financial output of what they do and identify where performance gaps exist. We work alongside your existing revenue cycle team or vendor, not instead of them. In many cases, our analysis gives you the specific data you need to have a more productive conversation with your billing company about performance expectations.
The Financial Health Assessment is a one-time, no-commitment engagement. For Advisory, the minimum is a 3-month term — enough time to move past diagnosis and into execution. Month-to-month options are available after the initial term. Projects are scoped individually with a defined start and end date.
