Where the idea came from.
Most consultants study healthcare finance from the outside. We've lived it from the inside — managing P&Ls, presenting to boards, negotiating payer contracts, building teams, and making the financial decisions that determine whether an organization grows or stalls. PrimeHealth exists because we spent 15 years learning what healthcare leaders actually need, and then built the technology to deliver it faster, smarter, and more affordably than anyone else can.
Over the past 15 years, we've served as financial leaders across some of healthcare's most complex and demanding environments — from Fortune 5 payers managing billions in Medicare spend, to high-growth PE-backed platforms scaling across 200+ locations, to one of the Nation's largest PACE programs where we hold full P&L ownership today.
We've built and led finance organizations of up to 25 people spanning FP&A, medical economics, and analytics. We've negotiated provider contracts that delivered 15–20% unit cost improvements. We've built forecasting models across 13 Medicare and Medicaid plans. We've led M&A diligence for multi-site acquisitions. And we've presented to boards, investors, and C-suite executives who needed clarity, not complexity.
